Camp Imagine

Camp Imagine 2008 has finished.

Camp Imagine is a fun day camp experience for students, grades first through fifth with Social Cognitive Disorders that offers opportunities for campers to expand their social thinking skills in a safe and supportive environment while:
  • Having Fun
  • Making Friends
  • Learning New Leisure and Social Skills

    Campers recieve therapeutic interventions including social coaching, perspective training, social skills instruction, and cognitive behavior interventions. The camp is housed at Bluff School in Claremont, which allows for the use of the facilities including playground, fields, and the gym. Campers have the opportunity to join the 21C Camp daily for planned activities as well as weekly outings.

    Campers:
  • Participate in instruction to improve social thinking skills
  • Are provided with opportunities to improve social skills
  • Provide opportunities for development of friendships
  • Learn strategies to manage sensory processing issues and self regulation
  • Take community outings to Lake Sunapee and the local pool
  • HAVE FUN!
